Before you start

Pending requests need staff confirmation. A plan’s billing label does not itself prove an automatic recurring mandate exists. Provider sandbox/live mode, cancellation/refund and entitlement behaviour belong to the actual checkout implementation.

Step by step

1. Read plan price, billing description, feature list and comparison bands.
2. Choose an available integrated checkout and complete provider payment, or Request a plan if the board offers that route.
3. Check whether your plan is Active or Pending after return.
4. Contact staff with the order reference if verified payment does not produce the expected access.

Check the result

Reload and confirm the saved result using the same account. For private or paid content, also check the intended audience without sharing your session.

Common questions and troubleshooting

No buy button: provider may not be ready or requests may be disabled. Refund question: ask staff about the order; changing your displayed plan does not refund provider money.
