Set the description, questions and acceptance terms

Where: Add-ons → Beta Access Pro → administrator management

Steps

  1. Set a program name up to 120 characters.
  2. Write a description up to 4,000 characters describing your program and eligibility.
  3. Enter up to ten questions, one per line, within the combined 3,000-character question field.
  4. Review acceptance terms up to 12,000 characters. Do not publish unsuitable boilerplate as your final policy.
  5. Edit the application/status messages offered by the form.
  6. Save, then open the public application page as a new ordinary member.

Check the result

New applicants see the saved program text, required answers and terms checkbox. Already-approved accounts see their status instead of a second application.

If it does not work

A stale revision error means another save changed the program; reload and reconcile rather than overwriting it. Existing blank/default content must be reviewed in the supplied preview.
