Use and reset personal appearance preferences

Where: Forum → Absolute Plus appearance widget

Steps

1. Open the appearance widget when enabled by the board.
2. Choose accent/layout/reading preferences offered by the theme.
3. Navigate and reload in the same browser.
4. Use Reset preferences to return to the current board defaults.
5. Compare another browser/profile before reporting a board-wide mismatch.

Check the result

Personal preferences are browser-local. They do not rewrite the administrator defaults or transfer automatically between browsers.

If it does not work

If the widget is absent check its administrator switch, active theme and scripts. For clipping compare all three font sizes, light/dark, mobile and zoom; beta.6 contains a scoped dropdown correction.
