How to configure a beta program

Configure the program description, application questions (up to 10), and terms. Beta.2 supplies basic defaults; edit them for your actual program before opening applications. Applications are closed by default.

Test separate staff, approved tester and ordinary member accounts. For the read-only beta forum use case, ordinary members should read while approved testers can post/reply. Confirm both topic and reply actions on staging; the addon is intended to preserve existing core category permissions.
