Make one resource appear in Downloads and Marketplace

Where: Resource → Edit resource; Admin → Resource management

Before you start

Discovery flags are independent from price, approval and the chosen resource category. Downloads is the minimum discovery area; removing Marketplace classification does not delete the resource.

Steps

  1. Open the actual resource record, not just its linked discussion topic.
  2. Select both Downloads and Marketplace under Where this is listed.
  3. Save and confirm the listing/revision is approved and not hidden/removed.
  4. Clear public category/type/status filters and inspect both indexes.
  5. For many records use Resource management selection and Add to both.

Verify

Guest/member indexes show the same eligible listing in both selected areas; held listings remain unavailable to unauthorised readers.

Troubleshooting

If the thread is visible but the listing is missing, inspect the resource’s approval, area flags, feature/addon availability and filters.
