Schedule voting and control result visibility

Where: Poll creation form

Steps

1. Leave start blank for immediate availability or enter the intended UTC start.
2. Choose an optional UTC close later than the start.
3. Choose results Always, After voting, Closed or Staff as appropriate.
4. Publish and compare eligible voter and staff views before and after closure.
5. Keep the original schedule in the poll record for support.

Check the result

Voting follows the server schedule and results policy, rather than only hiding bars in the browser.

If it does not work

Check UTC conversion and server time if voting opens/closes unexpectedly. A public link cannot grant staff-only results.
