Find an addon’s settings

Open Admin → Add-ons and its detail page. Some addons also expose a public management page; see the product guide.

Upgrade without losing data

Take a database/file backup, upload the new package through Upload / upgrade, and review the upgrade. Keep the existing installation rather than uninstalling it first.

Test permissions

Use separate staff, member and guest sessions. Check both the visible button and the underlying action, including private categories and unapproved content.
