PayPal setup and limits
Where: Admin → System → Payments → PayPal
Before you start
Orders v2: the board opens a PayPal order, the buyer approves it on PayPal, and the capture is what counts as paid — an approved order that is never captured grants nothing. Deliveries are verified by asking PayPal, so a forged webhook cannot activate a plan. Refunds go back through PayPal from Admin → Payments received.
Step by step
- Open this provider card on Payments and use its dashboard/documentation links for the current provider UI.
- Choose its test/sandbox environment and enter the public identifier and private credentials listed below.
- Copy the exact Webhook URL shown by your board into the matching provider environment and subscribe to the events the board lists.
- Save the card, enable board payments and run a test purchase.
- Confirm actual paid/captured order state, cancellation handling and entitlement before configuring live mode.

Check the result
For integrated providers use a sandbox transaction and verified confirmation. For non-integrated providers confirm the public site does not offer a nonfunctional checkout.
Common questions and troubleshooting
Credential not taking effect: host environment values override saved settings. Different vendor dashboard: use the provider link on the live screen; these instructions describe the forum controls, not a promise about an external dashboard’s current layout.
