Upload images or add video/audio links

Where: Media gallery → add media

Steps

1. Choose the intended album/category and a descriptive title.
2. For an image, stay within the addon maximum and the host’s upload limits.
3. For a video/audio link use the supported link option if enabled.
4. Set privacy and submit once.
5. If review is enabled have staff approve it, then check rendering as an eligible viewer.

Check the result

A linked video/audio item does not imply a local transcoder or that its remote host is private.

If it does not work

Check image decoder/PHP limits and permission errors. A third-party URL can become unavailable or expose the remote address even when the gallery item has restricted visibility.
