Edit a resource, add revisions and release files
Where: Your resource → Edit / New revision / Files in this release
Before you start
A revised release and an extra file have different roles. From/to fields describe an updater’s intended baseline/target; they do not test the software. Preserve a buyer’s previous purchase rights and do not replace a premium file with a free link by mistake.
Step by step
- Use Edit resource to change title, description, category, areas, compatibility, price/purchase/demo links or artwork. Save changes.
- For a new release choose New revision, enter Version/Changelog, attach its file and Add version.
- To correct the notes of an existing release use Edit revision rather than creating a duplicate version.
- Add optional additional release files with a label, release version and update-from/update-to metadata.
- Inspect Version history and each public/buyer file after review.

Common questions and troubleshooting
New version not public: check revision approval. Extra files unavailable: schema upgrade may be required. Wrong updater listed: correct metadata and obtain the actual exact-baseline archive; renaming a file does not convert it.
