Text is clipped in a dropdown or modal

Record the theme/version, control label, browser and viewport. Compare with the default theme. Include a screenshot with private information removed. Test text size and keyboard focus before publishing style changes.

A footer ad disappears

Confirm the campaign is eligible and compare with a known working theme. Check whether this theme includes the addon’s placement hook/anchor.

Import fails

Verify edition/version, the actual theme archive, file upload limits and entitlement. Do not rename an addon ZIP to make it a theme.

A layout breaks after update

Return to the known working style and check the vendor package’s compatibility. Preserve the failing package and a redacted reproduction for support.
