Before you start
Allowed types and limits are enforced by the board and server. Private originals must remain behind permission checks. A pasted old-platform URL is not the same as an attachment copied into Forovanta storage.
Step by step
- Choose the attachment through the composer’s upload control.
- Wait for the upload to complete before submitting the post.
- Publish and test the saved link in the intended audience session.

Reload and confirm the saved result using the same account. For private or paid content, also check the intended audience without sharing your session.
Common questions and troubleshooting
Upload rejected: compare actual file/type/size and combined request ceiling. Import link broken: staff should use the original migration’s file repair/report.
