Schedule expiry notices and preserve ad data

Where: Advertise → Administration → settings and scheduler

Steps

1. Enable expiry emails if wanted and choose the 1–30 day lead.
2. Keep the addon scheduler running, commonly every five minutes using the exact board-provided command in Panelica Scheduled Tasks.
3. Run the core mail worker as well; the addon queues messages but does not prove SMTP delivery.
4. Check a qualifying paid approved campaign and the mail queue.
5. Back up the addon tables and uploads/ad-manager with the forum database/files before upgrading or uninstalling.

Check the result

House, unpaid, rejected and banned campaigns do not receive the paid-expiry notice; a bundle uses its lead campaign.

If it does not work

Disabling the addon or losing its licence stops its pages/feed/cron. Uninstall preserves its data according to the package design; do not treat disabling as deletion. Check queue retries and SMTP separately.
