Change or reset your password
Where: Account menu → Settings → Password; Sign in → Forgot password
Before you start
The profile form and password form save separately. Follow the stricter minimum printed by your active form; this release’s reset screen requests at least ten characters even though the settings helper text says eight. A reset token is private and should never be posted in support.
Step by step
- When signed in, enter Current password, New password and Repeat new password, then Change password.
- If locked out, open Forgot password, enter your account email and Send reset link.
- Use the full link from the email, enter/confirm a new password and submit.
- Sign in with the new password and complete any existing second-factor check.

Reload and confirm the saved result using the same account. For private or paid content, also check the intended audience without sharing your session.
Common questions and troubleshooting
No email: check spam folder, account address and ask staff to inspect mail queue/cron. Incomplete/expired reset link: request another and use the entire URL. Password reset does not justify ignoring second-factor recovery.
