Empty reports

Check collection enabled, valid licence, readable tables, eligible public route, accept-all consent, DNT/admin exclusions and browser beacon blocking. Load visibly for at least a second, then reload the report. No events before installation are reconstructed.

Totals differ across reports

Compare UTC dates, common filters, row caps and definitions. SEO uses latest global snapshots; traffic uses the selected range. A page table and daily visitor total measure different things.

Missing SEO page

It may never have been observed, may have expired, or be outside the latest 200 snapshots. The addon is not a complete crawler.

Preset restore refused

Check JSON size/schema, every entry and ten-preset total. Restore is all-or-nothing. Reselect destination goals after import.

No new data after upgrade

Preserve the exact core/addon version, status/error and browser request result. Check the supported starter hooks/licence/consent path; do not bypass privacy checks or invent test rows. The supplied package has not been certified on every newer core or the modular port.
