How to use Community digest

  1. Enable board Activity digest under Communications and a working mail schedule.
  2. Open the Community digest addon settings and choose threads per email, newest-reply excerpt, send hour, staff inclusion and subject/footer branding.
  3. Ask the member to choose Daily/Weekly in Settings → Email digests and follow a topic.
  4. Verify new followed activity is queued/delivered under the selected schedule.

Member opt-in and the board master switch are separate. Fixed send hours are UTC. The package tunes built-in digest behaviour; disabling it does not erase member preferences or necessarily stop core digest sending.
