Open applications and manage participants

Where: Add-ons → Beta Access Pro → administrator management

Steps

1. Review current program content and access first.
2. Enable Accept new applications when ready; leave automatic approval off for manual review.
3. Submit a test application from an ordinary account, answer each required question (up to 2,000 characters each) and accept the terms.
4. As administrator approve or reject the pending application.
5. For a participant who should lose access use Remove participant, then recheck their effective permissions.
6. If automatic approval is intentionally enabled, test that path separately.

Check the result

Approval connects the participant to the program tester group. Removing a participant should be checked against any other independent group grants.

If it does not work

Concurrent status checks can refuse stale decisions. Reload the list. Do not assume removing one membership cancels privileges granted through another group.
