Before you start
A download category must exist first. Up to twelve screenshots can be supplied, within individual and combined request limits. Commercial package metadata makes an addon/theme premium even if its checkbox was unticked. A price/premium flag must not result in a free public download. New submissions can wait for approval under your effective policy.
Step by step
- Enter Title, tagline, Download category and optional Forum discussion category.
- Choose Resource type, Downloads/Marketplace areas, labels and Compatibility.
- Set Initial version and Changelog; attach the release file or permitted external URL.
- Upload icon/cover/screenshots, add optional demo URL and new-tab choice.
- For premium set price/commercial status and purchase destination as applicable. For free, answer the free-confirmation step deliberately.
- Submit, follow the redirect and inspect the resulting listing/review notice before trying again.

Reload and confirm the saved result using the same account. For private or paid content, also check the intended audience without sharing your session.
Common questions and troubleshooting
Returned to empty form: report version/redirect, inspect drafts/listings and avoid duplicate submissions. Linked thread visible but listing absent: check approval and selected areas with staff. Upload refused: compare per-picture/file/PHP/proxy ceilings.
