Clean up retained data and export diagnostics

Where: System → Diagnostics / Recovery and retention

Steps

  1. Review configured event retention and the last completed cleanup.
  2. Run manual cleanup or keep the existing addon scheduler running.
  3. Export the diagnostic report through its protected form when needed for support.
  4. Review the exported content privately before sharing.
  5. Keep a full database/files backup; rule/settings exports alone are incomplete.

Check the result

Expired blocks are checked at request time even without cron. Cleanup controls stored counters/blocks/events and optional retained report data.

If it does not work

High-cardinality traffic can grow tables between cleanups. Diagnostics heartbeat/cleanup timestamps alone do not certify exclusion correctness, performance or scheduler continuity.
