Where: Admin → System → Xstatics Dashboard → Insights → Goal comparisons
Steps
- Choose the goal/scope and compare current and prior equal UTC windows. Read destination hits, reached/eligible buckets and rates.
- Check the displayed range and active filters before comparing the output.
- Use the report-specific CSV where available to retain the same selection.
Check the result
Rate movement is in percentage points. Zero eligibility has no baseline.

Recently changed goals can have incomplete prior coverage; a goal observation is not proof of purchase or signup.
