Steps
- Choose the inclusive UTC date range and daily/weekly/monthly chart grouping. Apply channel, device and exact referrer filters when needed. Read KPI cards together with the equal-length previous period.
- Check the displayed range and active filters before comparing the output.
- Use the report-specific CSV where available to retain the same selection.
Check the result
Views, daily visitor totals and estimated buckets use the selected scope. A zero previous value has no meaningful percentage growth baseline.
If it does not work
If totals look small, first check privacy exclusions and retention; grouped charts do not change the underlying definition.
