Troubleshooting

Check the active style key/inheritance, addon enablement and shared footer first. Test both an ordinary member and administrator at mobile width. Standalone addon documents can omit the shared footer hook. If an upgraded core changes markup, preserve the exact core/companion versions and failing route before changing selectors.

For missing mobile logos use the native image upload and inspect the saved local path; arbitrary external URLs are not accepted by the footer resolver. For a failed upgrade restore the previous same-key companion; restore the exported theme separately if XML was replaced. Do not distribute this private package to another site as a workaround.
