Recover from a bad rule without SSH

Where: Panelica File Manager; System → Recovery and retention

Steps

1. Use File Manager to create an empty sentinel-recovery.flag inside addons/forovanta-sentinel/.
2. Reload the board and sign in as administrator.
3. Return to Monitor/Off or correct the offending rules/provider settings.
4. Clear the affected temporary block/counter as appropriate and verify ordinary access.
5. Remove sentinel-recovery.flag when recovery is complete, then recheck the dashboard state.

Check the result

The flag bypasses Sentinel only while present. It is not shipped by the package, a public URL parameter or a substitute for correcting policy.

If it does not work

Confirm the exact addon directory and filename. Authenticated admins already bypass protection; use an ordinary session to confirm recovery. A remaining permanent rule can still matter after the flag is removed.
