Addon troubleshooting

If upload fails, check archive structure, required core version, edition and upload limits. If installed but absent, check enablement, entitlement and addon-specific visibility settings. Capture a redacted error and both versions. Restore a verified backup if an upgrade must be rolled back; replacing code alone may not reverse database changes.
