Deliver queued mail and investigate failures
Where: Admin → System → Communications → Mail & delivery
Before you start
The host must schedule the CLI delivery command. It refuses browser requests; do not configure a public URL pinger. Use the path shown by the board rather than a guessed system PHP path, especially with Panelica’s isolated domain runtimes. Failed rows are retained for diagnosis; pruning targets delivered mail past retention.
Step by step
- Read the transport and Queued/Sent/Failed counters.
- Send a test email to an inbox you control.
- Use Send the queue now to diagnose ordinary queued messages.
- In Panelica Scheduled Tasks/Cron Jobs copy the command printed by this board and run it every five minutes, using the domain’s PHP runtime.
- Review Recent messages and failure reasons; prune delivered mail only when the retention policy is acceptable.

Check the result
Check that the scheduled job produces successful runs and the queued count falls after a real notification/reset request.
Common questions and troubleshooting
No outbox table: run System & upgrades. Credentials changed but still fail: compare host/runtime environment values and transport. Job cannot connect: confirm the scheduled task runs in the correct hosting account/runtime.
