Build a two- or three-step observed funnel

Where: Admin → System → Xstatics Dashboard → Insights → Conversions → funnel

Steps

1. Choose a retained starting path, optional distinct intermediate path and an existing goal destination. Apply common filters and inspect entered/completed/drop-off counts. Export the selected funnel.
2. Check the displayed range and active filters before comparing the output.
3. Use the report-specific CSV where available to retain the same selection.

Check the result

Steps must occur in order in the same estimated 30-minute bucket after the goal anchor. Same-second order uses event IDs; repeats count once per bucket.

If it does not work

Do not reuse the same path at different steps. Changed/deleted goals can invalidate presets. Cross-bucket visitors are not joined.
