Review new resources and revisions

Before you start
Submission review is not a payment or licence grant. A commercial package remains premium even if a free-looking form value was submitted. Revision approval and resource publication should be checked independently. Use the separate resource management screen for visibility and area corrections.
Step by step
- Open the queue and inspect the submission/revision, author, description, price/commercial state, artwork and attached files.
- Compare the requested discovery areas and compatible versions.
- Approve only after review, or return/reject using the offered action and a useful staff explanation.
- Open the resulting public listing and its discussion link after approval.

Check the result
A newly approved resource should appear in every selected public area. An unapproved revision must not replace the public buyer file prematurely.
Common questions and troubleshooting
Nothing to review: check the account’s Needs review policy and whether the new version was submitted. Author sees it but guests do not: approval/publication may still be pending.
