Is this only for Forovanta’s own beta?

The program copy/questions/terms are configurable for an administrator’s program.

Does it replace core Beta Access now?

No. The preview has not cleared the core-removal gate.

Are multiple programs or email notifications included?

They are not documented as supported in this preview. Do not plan a deployment around them.
