Close, reopen, hide and export a poll

Steps

1. Close the poll to stop voting when appropriate.
2. Reopen only if you intend voting to resume, checking its schedule.
3. As staff hide an unsuitable poll and verify an ordinary visitor cannot read it.
4. Use the offered CSV export for aggregate results.
5. Share the normal poll link or copy control only with the intended audience.

Check the result

Owner/staff closing differs from staff hiding. Hidden polls are readable only by staff. Individual ballots are not a public voter list.

If it does not work

The result access policy also matters to embedded/exported results; an embed is not a privacy bypass. Keep an exported dataset only where its audience is appropriate.
