Save, edit, back up and restore report presets

Where: Admin → System → Xstatics Dashboard → Saved reports / Tools → Data & settings

Steps

  1. Save a supported report with a name and fixed dates or rolling last 7/30/90 UTC days.
  2. Manage the shared administrator presets under Data & settings. The limit is ten.
  3. Download the preset JSON backup before removing/reworking entries.
  4. To restore, paste a valid backup no larger than 30,000 bytes and submit Restore presets.
  5. Check the appended presets, reselect funnel destinations and open a report to verify its scope.

Check the result

Restore appends fresh IDs, does not overwrite analytics/presets, and rejects the entire operation if an entry is invalid or the ten-preset limit would be exceeded. Duplicate names are allowed.

If it does not work

An exported empty backup cannot be restored. Funnel destination IDs are reset on import for cross-board safety. Data and single-page detail views cannot be saved. Rolling presets include today, possibly incomplete.
