Before you start

Downloads and Marketplace are discovery areas for listings, not proof of free access. Version labels and from/to updater metadata matter; choose the exact compatible file. A download count records accepted download requests, not completed transfers or unique humans.

Step by step

Choose a category or filter and sort the resource list.
Open a listing and read Overview, Compatibility, version history and file labels.
Use its Discussion link for support when one is attached.
Check whether the listing is Free or Premium before choosing Download/Buy/Purchase.

Reload and confirm the saved result using the same account. For private or paid content, also check the intended audience without sharing your session.

Common questions and troubleshooting

Listing not found: it may be pending, hidden, removed or outside your audience/filter. No discussion: the author may not have chosen a discussion forum.
