Can I add multiple ads to a placement?

Yes, subject to capacity and visibility settings. The addon shuffles eligible ads per page load.

Why does resizing not switch the creative?

The mobile/desktop choice is made on page load, with mobile at 767px or below. Reload at the intended viewport.

Does a successful payment return activate an ad?

The confirmed order/webhook state matters; the browser return alone is not payment proof.

Are impression counts unique people?

No. Viewability uses at least 50% visibility for one second with signed deduplication; it is not proof of a unique human.
