Staging installation

Install the addon package through Upload / upgrade on a staging copy. Do not remove core Beta Access. Its one-time adoption is intended to preserve the existing beta category ID, tester group and memberships rather than rewrite core permissions. Review the adoption receipt and compare settings/membership before and after. Production deployment requires the pending runtime/migration checks.
