Preview and schedule email security summaries

Where: System → Email alerts

Steps

  1. Configure the intended authorised recipients and cadence.
  2. Preview the summary before enabling automatic delivery.
  3. Run the addon scheduler to build eligible queued summaries.
  4. Keep the core mail worker configured and inspect queue/provider results.
  5. Review successful queue identifiers/cursors if a summary appears stuck.

Check the result

Previewing does not send mail. Enqueueing is not proof of recipient delivery. Summaries are bounded security aggregates, not a live incident-response service.

If it does not work

Check both schedulers, SMTP errors, eligible retained activity and recipient settings. Keep credentials and raw visitor data out of public support messages.
