Set capacity and change an RSVP

Where: Calendar → event detail

Steps

  1. Enable Collect RSVPs in addon settings.
  2. Set the default attendee limit, with 0 meaning unlimited, and review the individual event cap.
  3. As a member choose Going, Interested or Can’t go.
  4. Change that choice and check the updated counts.
  5. With separate accounts fill a disposable event and try one extra Going RSVP.

Check the result

Going capacity is checked with the write under the event lock. Interested is distinct from an accepted Going place.

If it does not work

If a previously Going member can retain their place at capacity, that is different from admitting another attendee. Confirm the event-specific cap and default rather than counting all response types as Going.
